How do you create a full denture in just 2 appointments?

The 2-appointment removable prosthesis is now possible thanks to a number of innovations:
- Circle is a multi-family solution that makes it quick and easy to combine different prostheses in a single order.
- Treatment plan data is standardized for efficient communication between the dentist and the dental technician.
- Circle generates a digital twin of the patient for each treatment plan: the design of the prosthesis is assisted by our industry-specific algorithms to deliver a truly customized prosthesis.
- Our design solution incorporates exports specifically adapted to our patented manufacturing processes

Does Circle manufacture the prosthesis?

Circle does not manufacture the prosthesis: we provide our partner laboratories with our design tools(Digital Twin and Intuitive Design), and we supervise production by means of protocolized processes (generation of distributed files for each machine and patented assembly process). It is the Circle Partner Lab that produces the prosthesis.

Can my dental technician be integrated into the Circle workflow?

In order to guarantee the quality of the prosthesis, our workflow provides for a protocolized and perfectly supervised manufacturing process. Unfortunately, your laboratory cannot integrate the solution unless it becomes an official Circle Partner Lab partner.

Is Circle a paying solution? What's the commitment?

The use of the Circle Platform is completely free of charge for the dental surgeon: no fees, no contracts. The dental surgeon only pays the partner laboratory for the prosthesis. In fact , the partner laboratorybears the cost of using the solution.
The dentist is free to stop using our service at any time.

What are Circle scan protocols?

Circle offers an appropriate scan protocol for each treatment plan: all the digital impressions required for optimal design are considered.

What is a Circle Partner Lab?

Circle is a complete ecosystem that enables us to control the entire treatment plan, from the creation to final placement of the prosthesis. To guarantee dentists and patients a high-precision product and a perfect fit of the prosthesis, we have set up ultra-innovative 100% digital manufacturing processes with renowned experts and dental technicians. The production, assembly and finishing are fully documented, and each prosthesis undergoes a dimensional check.
Our partner laboratories are fully equipped and trained in Circle's 'Digital Twin' and 'Intuitive Design' software. They are also committed to respecting Circle's quality charter and manufacturing processes. The Circle Partner Lab remains the privileged contact for dentists and the guarantor of the prostheses produced.
