CIRCLE and FOX 3D
united by excellence
Read the interview with Romain Sireix, President of the laboratory FOX3D and discover how the collaboration between CIRCLE and FOX3D is redefining the standards of digital dentistry, with a focus on quality, cutting-edge technology and a shared passion for innovation.
Can you tell us about your experience working with Circle so far? How has Circle contributed to the success of FOX 3D?
Circle is a daily partner. Our collaboration intensifies every month, and Circle's tools are constantly being improved, which encourages steady growth. The interface centralizes and standardizes information from numerous dental practices, offering real convenience. What's more, the ability to maintain a continuous flow with
web-based design software is a major asset. We only leave this environment once the production files have been generated.
How have Circle's solutions influenced the way FOX 3D approaches the manufacture of dental prostheses? Are there any specific aspects that have particularly impressed your team?
The tools offered by Circle enable us to approach each case with much greater serenity. The most surprising of all is the
"digital twin". This is an AI engine whose function is to extrapolate moving data from static data, in particular the kinematics of the mandible. The aim of all this is to design prostheses adapted to the patient's recorded occlusion, but also to his extrapolated dynamic occlusion. The precision is astounding, but what's most impressive is the result in the mouth...!
How has Circle's digital technology improved the efficiency and quality of the services you provide to your dentists?
The technologies integrated into the Circle solution, combined with FOX3D's
rigorous production processes, guarantee predictable results for all types of prosthesis. It is precisely this combination that makes it possible to produce a removable prosthesis in just two appointments, offering a real advantage to the patient. You no longer need to schedule five appointments with your dentist, or wait a month and a half for your braces.
Can you share concrete examples of projects or cases where the use of Circle's solutions has had a significant impact on results for your patients and your laboratory?
We have carried out a number of extraordinary cases, in particular with patients who were dentate but in a very poor state of oral health. A few months ago, we used the extraction simulation tools for a patient who still had all 16 teeth in his mouth, but needed a total extraction in the near future. On the day of the operation, this patient was able to leave with two well-fitted, comfortable total dentures. Although removable prostheses are not considered exceptional prostheses, the service provided to this patient, who did not have to leave the practice without teeth with the emotional shock that this can induce, is just as significant.
How do you see the future of digital dentistry, and how will Circle play a key role in this evolution?
Circle focuses on innovation and excellence. Can you tell us how this is reflected in the collaboration between FOX 3D and Circle?
These are values we share, leading to a true partnership focused on efficiency. Every day, our teams work closely together to continually improve Circle tools, as well as our internal production processes and protocols at FOX3D. Our common goal is simple: to do things better, faster, more qualitatively, more predictibly, aiming for 100% success, for the comfort of practitioners and patients alike.
Finally, what advice would you give to dentists and dental clinics considering working with Circle to make the most of this partnership?
With the right input data, we're approaching 100% success rate for all prostheses, but even with the most powerful tools, if the information is wrong, the result won't be up to scratch. Particular care must therefore be taken when taking impressions, and especially when recording static occlusion. Once this stage has been completed correctly, the full potential of the solution is released and we can aim for the second prosthetic appointment without worry, thanks to the power of the tools at our disposal.
